We live in Phoenix, so there's no such thing as a white Christmas here. We thought it would be fun to take Quinn up north to see some snow for the first time. We inadvertently chose an unseasonably warm weekend in January so there wasn't a whole lot of snow in town, and she missed out on seeing snow actually falling, but we were able to drive up to the nearby snow play area and get some snow action. We stomped around a little and built some snow castles. Her favorite part? Going Baby-zilla and destroying the castles as fast as I could build them. Haha! I think all the puffy awkward clothes impeded the fun a little bit, not to mention the mom fail when putting her boots on, but all in all it was a good trip. Next year. . . I'll pack a sled.
